One finish, every category
The reason to buy the whole fit-out from one supplier: brushed brass on the basin mixer is the same brushed brass on the shower rail, the floor waste and the door lever. Across suppliers it rarely is.

Screen colours are indicative only. Ask us for physical samples before specifying a finish across a project — brushed finishes in particular photograph very differently to how they look on site.
The two marks that decide whether it can be installed
In Australia these aren't marketing badges. A plumber who installs a product without the right certification is the one who carries the liability, and the work can be ordered out.

WaterMark Mandatory for any product that connects to the drinking water or drainage system — toilets, tapware, mixers, floor wastes. Without it the product cannot legally be installed under the Plumbing Code of Australia.

WELS rating The star rating and flow figure that must be shown on tapware, showers and toilets. It also determines what you're allowed to specify — many councils and BASIX-style schemes set a minimum star rating.

Before you enquire
Do you sell to the public, or trade only?
Both. Trade and project accounts get volume pricing, but there's no minimum order — if you need one basin for one bathroom, that's a normal order.
How do I know a toilet will fit my existing plumbing?
Two numbers decide it: the trap type and the set-out. S-trap means the waste goes down through the floor and the set-out is the distance from the finished wall to the centre of the waste. P-trap means it goes out through the wall, and the set-out is measured from the finished floor. Send us those two figures and we'll tell you what fits — guessing here is how people end up with a pan that sits 40 mm off the wall.
Will the finishes match across different products?
Within our range, yes — that's the main reason to buy the fit-out from one place. Across brands, "brushed nickel" is not a standardised colour and two suppliers' versions will usually differ enough to notice side by side.
What stainless steel do you use in the sinks?
Grade 304, which is the standard for kitchen sinks in Australia. Thickness matters as much as grade — a thicker gauge is quieter under running water and resists denting. We'll give you the gauge on request rather than just saying "premium stainless".
Can you match something I already have?
Often, yes. Send photos and any model numbers or markings. Cartridges and seals in particular are frequently interchangeable across ranges, so a dripping mixer doesn't always mean a new tap.
Do you deliver outside your local area?
Yes. Freight is quoted with the order, and for project work we'll stage deliveries to match your build program rather than dropping everything at once.
